All clients are welcome in person at our Merewether clinic. There is free on street parking near our clinic.
If you are unable to attend the practice or wish to remain at home, we offer online therapy, also known as Telehealth, which offers convenience with the same quality services.
Online therapy is a secure option and is perfect for people with busy schedules, where transport is difficult, or who live in remote areas.
Yes. Our Merewether clinic has ramp access, wide doors and a disability accessible toilet.
Yes. A referral is not required to attend an appointment.
You may be referred by your GP or another health professional. Please bring any referral documents with you to your initial appointment.
Yes we accept Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP) from GPs. Please bring your MHCP referral with you to your first appointment.
We accept self managed and plan managed NDIS plan funding.
No. Our fees are significantly lower than the rate recommended by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) to ensure accessibility.
If you are unable to afford our fee, we can direct you to an alternate bulk-billing service
Bring any relevant reports or referral information.
If you are an adult, you may attend on your own or with a support person. If the appointment is for a teenager, we ask that a parent or guardian attend the initial appointment as well.
The first appointment is an opportunity to get to know your therapist and share your story. Nothing is rushed, we go at your pace. This is also a great opportunity to set goals and create a plan for achieving them.
Payment can be made via credit card using a secure digital platform when you book your appointment or when you attend our clinic in person.
