Supervision

Clinical supervision for social workers, mental health professionals, and allied health practitioners.

Supporting clinicians to grow, reflect, and thrive.

I provide clinical supervision for social workers and allied health professionals seeking a supportive space to reflect, develop their skills, and navigate the challenges of clinical practice.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, EMDR therapist, and Practice Director of Hunter Clinical Services, I bring over 18 years of experience across public health, community services, and private practice. My supervision is grounded in neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practice, balancing clinical reflection with practical support.

Supervision is available in person in Merewether, via secure video call, or by phone across Australia.

Building a Private Practice

I also support clinicians who are considering private practice or are in the early stages of establishing their own business. Drawing on my experience building and growing a successful private practice, I can help you understand what is involved beyond the clinical work.

This may include guidance around setting up systems and processes, Medicare and referral pathways, documentation and risk management, business planning, networking, managing the financial realities of private practice, and creating a practice that is both professionally rewarding and financially sustainable.

Whether you are exploring the idea of private practice or looking to strengthen an existing business, supervision can provide a space to develop confidence, ask questions, and gain practical insight into running a healthy and sustainable practice.

My goal is to create a supervision space where you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to develop confidence in your clinical work while building a career that is both rewarding and sustainable.
